About VeggieQueen
VeggieQueen publishes plain-English guides to vegan and plant-based eating. Nutrition facts come from sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and USDA FoodData Central. We do not claim to have tested the products we link to.
VeggieQueen is an independent site operated by Greenfield Ventures Corp. Questions or corrections? Use our contact page.
How we research
- Each guide is built from nutrition sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, USDA and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and we link those sources in the text so you can check them yourself.
- Guides are researched and drafted with AI-assisted tools, then checked against the linked sources before publishing. We do not invent reviews, testimonials, ratings or statistics.
- When rules, fees or prices change, we update the page. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate relationships never decide what we recommend.
